Come and Worship

Sunday worship begins at 9:30 AM.  Worship is held in the sanctuary for about sixty minutes.

Grace is located at 311 2nd Ave, across from the courthouse, in Spencer.

Refreshments are available in Narthex just outside the worship space before and after worship. You are welcome to come a little early or stay after worship for coffee and a time to meet others at Grace.

If you’re wondering, most people dress casually.

Music is and always has been important in the worship of God. You are welcome to sing along or just enjoy the music.  Grace Church utilizes traditional and more contemporary music, vocal choirs and bell choirs, and don’t be surprised if a trumpet or even a instrumental band shows up!  All participation expected from the people is projected on the big screen.  The message lasts around 20-25 minutes.  Announcements are at the end of the service.

Families are invited to worship together, but if parents are more comfortable and worshipful (!?) if your preschool child/ren use the nursery, that’s fine, too.

The Chancel Choir is open to anyone 9th grade on up. This group sings two Sundays a month, usually the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month. Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 6:35 PM during the school year.

The Bell Choir performs every three to six weeks In worship.   This group rehearses on Wednesdays at 7:15 PM.

Both the Chancel Choir and Bell Choir welcome new musicians.  Seasonally we have also birthed an instrumental (concert) band.

There’s always room for more and varied praise. Persons are encouraged to invite friends and associates to consider enhancing the worship experience with music, drama, testimony…
